Welcome to Northface Climbing. By accessing our gym, purchasing a membership, or booking a class, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These rules ensure a safe and supportive environment for all climbers.

1. Facility Rules & Safety

• All climbers must complete a safety orientation and sign a waiver before their first visit.
• Climbing is inherently dangerous. You acknowledge the risks associated with indoor climbing and bouldering.
• Follow all instructions from our coaching and facility staff. Failure to comply with safety guidelines may result in immediate expulsion from the gym without a refund.
• Report any damaged walls, loose holds, or equipment concerns to the front desk immediately.

2. Memberships & Passes

We offer day passes, punch cards, and monthly memberships to suit different climbing routines.

• Memberships are strictly non-transferable and cannot be shared among different climbers.
• Monthly memberships auto-renew unless cancelled at least 7 days before the next scheduled billing cycle.
• Punch cards expire exactly one year from the date of purchase.

3. Classes & Coaching

Booking a class or coaching session guarantees your spot with our instructors. Due to limited wall space and coaching availability, the following cancellation policies apply:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full credit to their gym account.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time are non-refundable.
• If a class is cancelled by Northface Climbing due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided automatically.
